Silent Installation of Tomcat 4.0.6

I have been searching multiple forums high and low for a definitive answer to the following question:   Is there a way to silent install tomcat 4.0.6, meaning the installation runs without displaying the user interface and the program uses default values or a response (.iss) file to complete the install?   If there is a way to do it, could someone provide the actual mechanism? Thanks in advance for any help.
