Kannan,

So I have change port from 8080 to 80 (what does this mean?) + I have to
create an <Alias> element for my virtualhost ?

But how does the alias know to start a specific app ?

I missing something...

Met vriendelijke groet,

Change port number from 8080 to 80.. this should solve your problem.

I'm still having the following problem:

I can start my webapp when accessing http://localhost:8080/myapp
(/index.jsp)

What I want is to start myapp when accessing
http://myapp and
http://news.myapp

I understand (from other post) that it is very well documenten on the
Jakarta Tomcat homepage, But I can't find it......

Could someone supply me with the exact link or good example ?

Kind Regards,
