Urm, err, you don't? If you are connecting to Tomcat via mod_proxy, then you can cache stuff in the usual way (and must take care to not cache stuff that you shouldn't). If you are using mod_jk without an intermediate proxy, then the available caching isn't really worth mentioning. Just assume that there is no cache.
