Works for me. Usually I copy faq candiates to another (email) folder, then in "free time" try to shove them into the faq somewhere.

This would help identify what needs to be documented without having to trawl through the list or read every post, a lot of useful information gets posted here but the list is quite high traffic so a lot of it gets buried.

I'd be willing to help out with compiling these into the resultant documentation as well.

Anyway just an idea, hopefully a good one. :)
