The Jakarta docs are such a mess these days.  All of the Jk stuff under
/tomcat-4.1-doc/jk2 is hopeless out of date for mod_jk.  The correct
reference is to
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/config/jk.html#Using%20Apach
eConfig.
