invalid reference to form login page

Hello, I'm using container-managed security features in TC 4.1,
and I'm receiving error:

"invalid reference to form login page"

when trying to login user. I use form-based authentication and have a page
with appropriate configured
form (j_username,j_password, etc....). Where is the problem?
