I have been experiencing a similar problem with the ISAPI from 4.1.18. The application works fine when I hit Tomcat's HTTP listener, but going through IIS I receive the error with ACCESS DENIED. I have tried everything imaginable with the permissions.
Is there a new ISAPI filter for 2003?
