Hello
Somehow tomcat will not redirect requests to pages under a security constraint to
https.
Instead i get an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"
In my server.xml the two connectors look like this :

And my security constraint looks like this in the web.xml file :

<web-resource-collection>
<web-resource-name>Secure Zone</web-resource-name>
<url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
</web-resource-collection>
<user-data-constraint>
<transport-guarantee>INTEGRAL</transport-guarantee>
</user-data-constraint>
</security-constraint>
And even though i get the HTTP 500 error the server will not redirect to my error
page that i have define like this :
<error-page>
<error-code>500</error-code>
<location>/action_error.jsp</location>
</error-page>
