Tim, Thanks. I should have clarified this earlier. But here is the exact scenario: 1. The session is created by JVM1, which crashes later. The session is stored in the DB every 30 secs from the memory by a background thread. 2. The load balancer sends the next client request to another JVM in the same pool. 3. This jvm has to retreive the session from the db and serve it to the client. 4. All will be seamless to the client. Any ideas? Thanks, Kailas
