You need to set the JAVA_HOME to the directory where you installed the JDK. If you don't know how or where to find the environment variables, follow this guide : 1. Right click My Computer on your desktop 2. Select properties. 3. Go to the advanced Pane 4. Click on environment variables 5. Click new on the System Variables 6. Add a variable called JAVA_HOME to point to you JDK installation e.g C:\Jdk1.4.1\
