Thanks for your response... my servlet is executed correctly.
Before, I had <url-pattern>/servlet/package01.SCEP</url-pattern> and the servlet mapping was incorrect.
That's very strange but CISCO's standard (SCEP protocol) defines this communication as:
GET /cgi-bin/pkiclient.exe?operation=PKIOperation&message=PKIName
