Hi, I am a tomcat newby...so this might sound silly, but what happened is, after I installed Tomcat as Windows NT Service, on Win XP...it works fine when I let it run as a service. However, when I stopped the service, and tried to start it manually using the startup link from the Start Menu, it comes with an exception:
