Anyway, the problem is resolved by deleting the Full Name. But if anyone knows exactly the reason, I still like to hear.

you should find your passwords in {$catalina_home}\conf\tomcat-users.xml

When I installed Tomcat, I used admin/admin for username and password. This
morning I changed the password to be more secure. After that, I cannot access the manager or the administration page anymore. Even by restarting Tomcat. All I got is: HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied
Does anyone know why? and how to resolve it? I hope I don't have to re-install Tomcat.
