I am using Red Hat Linux 7.1
I tried following:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

#rpm -ivh apache.rpm
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How can I tell RPM to install Apache in /usr/local (or any other userdefined directory)?
