Say I have three webapps - the manager webapp, webapp A and webapp B. Is it possible for me to configure Tomcat such that when I start it up, only the manager and webapp A come online? Webapp B should either be in an undeployed state or in the "stopped" state, as if I had stopped it with the manager.
