Dear list,

Tetsuo and I have returned from Boston last week.
Tetsuo has had a lightning talk at Linux Security Summit, and I had a
presentation at LinuxCon 2010 respectively.

Linux Security Summit

"Enabling Yama LSM Module *without* Disabling TOMOYO"

LinuxCon

"Your First Guide to secure Linux"

Several blog entries covering both events by Sean Michael Kerner:

Slides are supposed to be published in the event page but not for now ;-)
Here are some I found using google.

"Linux Security in 10 years" by Brand Spengler (grsecurity) was
quite interesting.

"Linux Kernel Security - Adapting 1960s Technology to Meet 21st Century
Threats" by James Morris (Red Hat) was a great summary of
Linux security and I liked his humor.

We have met AppAmor folks, John Johansen and Kees (pronounce "Case")
Cook at the conference. It was a great news that AppArmor has
finally set to be merged for 2.6.36.

It was so nice to see people and know their progress.
So, life goes on and we continue working. :-)
