That means you have a memory setup problem in your CMOS, or only 512K
instead of 640K available, or some extended or expanded memory problem,
or some kind of TSR or driver running breaking up memory, or some kind of
resident virus checker, or something else screwing up the memory available
under DOS.  If you get this error you are dead in the water, I think.
What can you tell me about the memory configuration of the machine?

Try:

1) Rename CONFIG.SYS to CONFIG.SSS
2) Rename AUTOEXEC.BAT to AUTOEXEC.BBB
3) Check your CMOS BIOS setup for memory size options
4) Reboot with no drivers/TSRs/virus-checkers/memory weirdness

The loadlin errors probably are unscrollable unless you change the loadlin
command line options, you could look at the docs for loadlin.
