They are both supported.  The "stuff" list only shows files that are
there, not kernel capabilities.  There is no "fat32" option, it is
automatic- it 'just works'.  The same is true for Joliet- the filesystem
type is still iso9660, the Joliet support is 'just there'.  You don't have
to do anything special to use FAT32 or Joliet filesystems, they just work.
I think you will see some reference to them in the kernel .config file,
which is available in the ftp add-ons directory as kernel.config.bz2...
