I have never used Red Hat, you'll have to ask someone else. My
distribution (tomsrtbt) is focused on system rescue and restoration. It
runs entirely from one floppy disk, which should give you an idea that it
has some limitations. It is mainly an emergeny recovery tool.

> 1 I use Microsoft Outlook Express for my e-mail, can your e-mail
program read my backup of my messages ?

Tomsrtbt does not support email.

> 2 I just bought a Genius 56K PCI internal data/fax modem. I can't seem
to find the Genius website. Can you tell me if there is a LINUX driver
 for my new modem ?

Dunno. Tomsrtbt probably does not support PCI modems.

> 3 All my important documents are in Microsoft Word. I don't want to
lose them, can you convert them or something ?

Tomsrtbt does not support wordprocessing.

> 4 I have a Canon bubblejet 4200 printer. Is there a LINUX driver for
 it ?

Tomsrtbt does not support printing.

> 5 I can't live without my Palmpilot. I use it every day for two yrs. I
really want to continue my weekly backups, can you help me ?

Tomsrtbt does not support palmpilots.

> 6 Last , but not least; what is the price for 6.0 if I buy though this
 website ?

Tomsrtbt is in version 1.7.134, not 6.0. It is free, please download it
from the website, http://www.toms.net/rb/. It is not available except by
download.

> I hope you can answer me quickly, I want to buy it soon.

I'm sorry, you can't buy tomsrtbt. It is only free.
