I guess either "setserial" or a newer "slattach", take your pick.  I think
slattach is in net-tools and setserial is in its own package?  I can send
you a libc5 setserial binary, slattach you might have to do yourself.  I
would like a minimal-function setserial for this at some point, I guess.
