Hi,
You've asked on the list, for recommendations of hardware people are using
and would like to see included in future versions of the disk.

I'd like to suggest the Mylex Dac960 SCSI RAID controller. We use loads of
them, and many major server manufactures also use them I think they are
(along with the Mylex eXtremeRAID 1164P) currently one of the most popular
RAID cards for Intel based servers.

Drivers are available from http://www.dandelion.com/Linux/DAC960.html
<http://www.dandelion.com/Linux/DAC960.html> and are built into RedHat 6,
but it's beyond my current Linux abilities to put those drivers onto
tomsrtbt.
I Can't believe we are alone in using Mylex cards in our new servers.

Other than the lack of Mylex drivers, tomsrtbt is a very useful product and
it's helped me rescue a few servers that would have otherwise been a lot
more hassle to find book disks for.

Thanks,

Paul
