Hi,
I trie to configure a router with famous!! tomsrtbt.
I start with eth0 on 192.168.0.10/255.255.255.0 and make an
ifconfig -i eth1 192.168.100.10. Then I add a route with
route add -net 192.168.100.0 netmask 255.255.255.0
The route-command shows me that both routes and the
Io-loopback is ok.
A ping to a host on my ..0.0-net and to the ..100.0net from
the router works fine.
Also I found the tomsrtbt-router from both sides
and it is the Standard-Gateay for my test-clients.
But a ping from ..0.0-Net to ..100.0-net does not work.
:-((
What is wrong? Do the Kernel not support ip-forwarding?
What is my mistake?
Thanks
Peter
