-If anyone really understands the 'strip' command, I am trying to strip certain symbols from kernel modules, without stripping others, and the 'strip' command doesn't seem to be able to do it (that is, it won't do fine-grained control where I give it a list of symbols with -K and -N, I think maybe it is just broken?) Any help would be welcome. -I am changing from Clarknet/Verio to InternetConnect, the upshot is, the files will not be able to be hosted on the server they are on, (the web page isn't changing, but tomsrtbt itself has been on the clark site because they don't measure bandwidth.) This leaves a few choices. I am going to try a better reference to the metalab mirrors, I've already uploaded it. It isn't perfect, but I think it is the right approach for now. The other upshot is, the archive search will be much faster, because now it goes over SDSL 416/416 instead of 56K which is only 45/26 usually. -I'm having mixed feelings about including the advansys driver on the default profile. How many of you are using Advansys scsi controllers? Anyone? Similarly, I think that the software-raid md driver is both not widely used and not really mature, is anyone using that? -Tom
