Sounds like what we need is a Do-It-Yourself Manual that explains
how to make your own RTBT style rescue floppy.
Since everybody's system has different requirements, the best
solution is to build your own. That's one of the beautiful things
about Linux; you can custom build a kernel for your hardware/software
peculiarities.
A DIY document would answer a lot of questions and answer many
longings for 2 disk systems, 2.2 systems, lib6 systems, etc, etc.
Of course, I enjoy reading Tom's rant and rave every time someone
asks for a two-disk version. That's why I subscribe to the mail list.
