I may have lost my mind somewhere and maybe should be able to answer this
myself, but, I cannot seem to get the additional modules in the add-ons
page to uncompress with Bzip2.
I've never had difficulty with .bz2 files before.
I am trying to get a module decompressed for my DFE-530TX NIC and I need
the rtl8139.o module. The file downloaded was rtl8139.o.bz2 and I have
tried bunzip2 bzip2 -d using my normal system file and the bzip2 binary in
the unpacked image in 2/bin/bzip2.
In all cases I receive bad crc's and the rest of the normal failure dialog.
I have downloaded several other modules to test with, and all receive the
same errors.
All I wish to do is replace the 3c589_cs.o with the correct driver.
I am getting older and have a classic case of CRS, and shouldn't have to
ask this question, but...
What am I doing wrong???
