When you mount the CD, by the way, you don't even see that the boot > stuff exists. ok with this. during the mastering process (using xcdroast), it complains about not finding a boot.catalog. i have set the bootable image with not problem, but this boot.catalog has me stumped. is it a directory in the ISO9660+RockRidge filesystem? what does it have in it? thanks for all your help. paul jensen
