Well I kinda got the modprobe issue fixed. If you compile the kernel with 
out auto loading the kernel module it gets rid of that error as well as the 
kmod error. But you still cannot use modprobe unless you do what is 
stated.  I am working on the kernel version issue. I might have  an idea 
later on that.
