dear tomsrtbt-community, i just got a nice 100mbit pcmcia network interface card. it's a cnet cnf-301 ( http://www.cnet.com.tw ). after some problems, i managed to compile it for my glibc-based 2.2.14-system but i am completely stuck compiling it for tomsrtbt. i tried to install the kernel sources, the link-kit but i don't seem to be skilled enough to put it all together giving me some results. could somebody out there please compile the driver for me? i put it on the web, just download http://simonb.de/cnetdriver.tar.gz the card seems to be a buggy 8390-based ne2000-clone. that's at least what the documentation for the pcmcia-cs-package says. so beware to overwrite your own drivers with the new versions. there are only two files to compile: pcnet_cs.c and 8390.c , but you'll need the includes of pcmcia-cs (the version used in tomsrtbt) and the full kernel-source for the current version of tomsrtbt. thanks in advance - i know that this is an uncommon thing to ask. -- best regards & peace Simon Berg ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.
