The archive is mostly down because my SDSL modem got spiked by lightning
and it is taking a long time to convince my ISP that it is probably broken
when the power light won't even come on. It may or may not work
sometimes, I do have a dynamic DNS update process happening and a modem
that is connecting sometimes, but basically, it is hosed until my DSL is
back.
