[tomsrtbt] making tomsrtbt cd-rom

I downloaded and unzipped ElTorito.288.bin.bz2. But now I have to put it
on a cd. I used  Easy CD-Creator under W95, it supports the El Torito
standard. I can select iso9660 and bootable. But then it asks me for a
floppy in the A-drive. The drive does not have 2.88 capabillity.
Is there anyone that knows another method (not via floppydrive!), maybe
under linux to make a bootable cd-rom with tomsrtbt eltorito?
