Try Debian or SuSE or Slackware or Mandrake or something else? I guess?
I don't use and never have used "Redhat Linux 6.2", so I can't really
offer much insight or wisdom about their bugs...
I can however tell you that "Redhat Linux 6.2" is the product of "Red Hat
Inc.", which it turns out, happens to be a 1.05 Billion Dollar (that is,
$1,050,000,000.00) company, which actually used to be a 15 Billion Dollar
company, or some such.
My conjecture is that they must have some support resources and even a
real payroll, um, their corporate contact information is:
2600 Meridian Parkway
Durham, NC 27713
Phone: (919) 547-0012
Fax: (919) 547-0024
I actually get this question a lot ("please help me with the distribution
"X" bug ...), I'll try to make clearer in the FAQ that "RedHat" is not
something I can (or will attempt to) help with...
