There is no way to do it. NT/2000 prevents the floppy access in the driver.
Here is the only supported way:
(1) Get both the ElTorito.288.img.bz2 *and* the .tar.gz files.
(2) Create a CD-R that includes tomsrtbt.raw from the .tar.gz file, which
is bootable with the .288.img file.
(3) Boot the CD.
(4) Mount the CD.
(5) Do "fdformat /dev/fd0u1722".
(6) Do "dd if=tomsrtbt.raw of=/dev/fd0u1722".
(7) Done.
