I'll probably use it, but I'll probably give it a name other than
home.html or index.html, (maybe INDEX.html?), so that it doesn't
hide files when I forget to update it.

Take a look around under http://toms.net/tomsrtbt-sources/, the eltorito
script is at http://toms.net/tomsrtbt-sources/part3/rb/eltorito.s.  This
and the DOS-archive creation scripts are not supported or distributed, I
should probably clarify that tomsrtbt is really by definition one image,
the diskette image that is in the tar.gz file as tomsrtbt.raw, the CDROM
version and the DOS installer are gravy and were easy to make available,
but... the tools that make them are way on the unsupported side.

Note, 1.7.339 has the hardlink that was missing for syslogd and has the
password saved as an md5 hash rather than as plaintext.
