And, he he, when I'm done with it, it *will*, which can really add to the
confusion...  I probably should call it bz2bzImage to distinguish it...

I think the 'b' in 'bzImage' just comes from 'big', and the 'b' in 'bzip2'
probably comes either from 'block-sorting' or 'Burrows-Wheeler' or maybe
just things like gzip are considered the 'a' stage of lossless compression
and now we are in stage 'b'.
