Hi
I�ve reduced the disk to 1,44MB (/dev/fd0h1440) and it's 
running fine on my Compaq (32MB). When I boot on my old 
IBM Thinkpad 755C (8MB) it's crashing after the Partition 
Check
        VFS: Insert root ..
        .. kernel NULL ..
instead of RAMDISK ..
Is the reason, that there are only 8 MB RAM? And how
to work around?
