The tomsrtbt floppy must be created with an installer program, which does
the formatting. The download itself will not fit on a floppy. You will
need to have enough hard drive space to download about 2 megabytes, then
you run the installer, which will specially format a bootable floppy to
the 1.722mb format used by tomsrtbt. There is one download to create it
under dos/windows, another download to create it under Linux, and a third
to create a bootable cdrom instead of a floppy. -Tom
