Well, first, you should start with:

 http://linuxdoc.org/
  or
 http://www.geek-girl.com/unix.html
  or
 http://www.ugu.com/

for the basics of the environment. There are nor shortcuts to some of it.

Look in the above links for references to shell programming, or, on
tomsrtbt, you can do "man ash" for the basic reference guide to the
shell that is used on tomsrtbt.

CD recording software will have a way to tell it the 2.88 MB image you
want to use. How to do this depends on what software you are using to
build the CD image.

> (3)How can I add a new network driver into the kit?

As a module, either to the base filesystem on the floppy,`another floppy,
or by unpacking/rebuilding.

> (4)How can I use a newer version of kernel in the kit?

Replace the one that is there, between unpacking and rebuilding.

Start with "man ls" and "man find" to learn about navigating directories.

No. You will probably need to get someone to help if the links and the
man pages are insufficient. Although I am sympathetic to beginners, I
am not willing to provide more help than what is already contianed in the
FAQ, the mailing list archive, the man pages, and the links listed above.

You are underestimating how far you have to go, and overestimating the
degree to which simple cookbook solutions exist. The way to learn latin
is to study for four years, if you ask me what 'caveat emptor' means, and
then a few minutes later ask what 'pecunia loquit' means, I could keep on
answering, but it wouldn't help you learn latin.

> The obvious answer in your eyes may save me from the hell!! So please help!

There is no answer. There is no question. There is only the road, which
stretches out in front of you, an endless night of coffee, technical
manuals, snack food wrappers, disgruntled family members, and hundreds of
hours spent struggling to become adept.

Or you can hire a consultant.
