I am not sure if anyone has already figured out a way to get it working, but I found a way... Trying to create the disk by means of the dos 'install.bat', I ran, like others, into these "end_request: I/O error, dev02:3c sector xx" errors. After some research I found out that with this "Disk Parameter Table Adjuster Driver" (GRDPTADJ.SYS) I succeeded in creating the disk. The driver is from GRSoftware, http://www.grsoftware.net/, over there you can download GRDptAdj 1.00. Just see for yourself.
