Wrong, there's just _one_ place where there's a problem, the
C:\windows\fonts directory must have it's system bit set.
If not explorer doesn't see it right and won't properly
install/remove fonts. In fact I think there's some general
weirdness if certain font files don't have their hidden bits
set too.
Otherwise you're right, nobody cares.
