Will someone with kernel 2.0.39 and PCMCIA CS sources (and libc5) installed _please_ take a shot at compiling it? :-). There's a Makefile at <http://www.scyld.com/network/updates.html> to make the job easier. In addition to the makefile, you'll need tulip.c, pci-scan.c, pci-scan.h, and kern_compat.h from <http://www.scyld.com/network/tulip.html> and cb_shim.c from <http://www.scyld.com/network/updates.html> make pci-scan.o make cb_shim.o make tulip_cb.o should then do the trick.
