On a full distro:

         'man mount'

search for 'session='

If mount doesn't support it, you'll have a rough time doing it.  I don't 
use multisession (hello?  CDRs are dirt cheap), so I can't speak to the 
effectiveness of this.

'cat /proc/sys/dev/cdrom/info' to see if your drive supports multisession 
(or if your driver is even aware of the feature).
