Ghost! No, you have to use PowerQuest DriveImage. It can even save the image to a NTFS partition for you. Or if you set up your boot disk properly using Boot Disk Builder, it can save it across a network. Something someone else was trying to do on this list a while back. OK, maybe I'm a little biased...
