How can I customize the TomsRTBT bootable CD
(tomsrtbt-2.0.103.ElTorito.288.img.bz2)? Unlike the floppy-based TomsRTBT,
the CD version has no unpack/build scripts. Let's say I want to replace
the kernel. I can mount the image with loopback and modify the files. But
I think I need a lilo config file and lilo command line to run after
replacing the kernel. Right? And lilo (not the kernel) has to load the
ramdisk?

Another question about the CD: it seems to be somewhat slow booting up.
Compared to Slackware-8.1's bootable CD, TomsRTBT seems to take a long time
to read in the kernel and ramdisk. Maybe the bz2 compression is at fault.
Or would lilo's "compact" option help (does it even work with CDs?)
