This list is for discussions about and support of the
tomsrtbt 1-floppy emergency rescue Linux distribution
(at http://www.toms.net/rb), of mini-distributions in
general, and any other arguing that we care to engage
in explicitly including, but not limited to, extended
bickering regarding the evils of .RPM and the virtues
of .DEB, which has nothing at all to do with tomsrtbt.
Important note:
This list has a public web-searchable archive. There
is no obfuscation of email addresses. The archive is
not restricted to only viewing by those who subscribe.
What this means is that if you post to this list, the
scummy spammer slimeballs of the world may well glean
your email address. I have not at the moment decided
to do anything about this, for various reasons having
partly to do with it being work and irritation to put
obfuscation on it, limiting to its usefulness if only
members can access it, and partly more from a defiant
attitude about compromising net freedoms for spammers.
