[tomsrtbt] klogd, syslogd and logger on tomsrtbt-1.7.361

Hi,   I tried the tomsrtbt-1.7.361 version which has the syslogd, klogd and logger binaries. I ran them at the console but it did not do what I expected them to do. I could still see the error messages on the console. To verify, I was trying to mount the floppy without the disk in the drive and I would still see the end_request messages.   Any clues why it's still happening ? Please let me know.   Thanks, Shreyas
