First the changelog:

- fixed lineage of info and error dialogs to make them clickable on Mac
- fixed ccf merge error
- fixed panel delete/cut/paste bug
- added auto-convert of ir codes to account for udb/no-udb
- fixed some ui usability bugs (selections, field focus)
- fixed several grid snap resize bugs
- added tree drag-drop reordering of panels and devices
- added recent file menu
- added font offset tables and preference option
- added panel size preference
Second, I have moved the mailing list to Sourceforge. You can find links on
the Tonto web site.
Third, this is the last release before 1.0 that will contain new features. I'm
reserving 0.99 for bug fixes only. Hopefully I haven't added too many in the
last week or so. Please torture this release so I can put out a high-quality
1.0 in the near future. Shortly thereafter we can start planning the 1.1
feature list.
