Chris,

Restart Tonto. Please set your comm debug level to 3, re-run the update then use Help->Email logfile to send me the log. I'll try to identify the point where it is failing. I do not have a TS1000 so it's possible the update routine as it's written isn't anticipating the correct console messages.
