--- Comment #2 from David Zuckerman <[email protected]> --- After doing some more searching, I found two other PRs that reported the same issue in the context of poudriere jail creation, albeit targeting riscv instead of arm64 (bug #286710 and bug #290193). Bug #286710 isolated the problem to the shared library commit mentioned by Dimitry, so his analysis appears to be correct.
