[tools-compilers] sunstudio - redistributable ?

Hi,

At the OpenSolaris Developer Summit, I was informed by Kuldip Oberoi
that sunstudio is now redistributable. I would like a confirmation to
the same along with terms of distribution if any.
This definitely makes a difference while making the compiler choice
while porting applications for distros like BeleniX.
