Note that Solaris 10 isn't OpenSolaris, and thus this isn't really the
right place to turn for help.  You should contact Sun's support group
or visit one of the Solaris help sites, such as BigAdmin.

S10 comes with gcc, so as long as you installed the system normally
and included the whole distribution, you should already have it.  It's
in the SUNWgcc package, which is part of the SUNWCgcc cluster
(including GNU binutils, gcc, m4, and gmake).

It's installed as /usr/sfw/bin/gcc.  You can do this to add it to your
path if you have a Bourne or Bourne-like shell:

        PATH=${PATH}:/usr/sfw/bin
        export PATH

or this if you have a C-shell or similar:

        set path=($path /usr/sfw/bin)

See the documentation for your shell for more details.  You'll
probably want to put this in your $HOME/.profile or $HOME/.login.
